NICKELS
One of our favorite areas is Buffalo nickel
3 1/2 legged and two feather varieties, and
we have a good supply of both of these. And we have the great book Buffalo Nickels - The Abraded
Die Varieties by Ron Pope, which discusses the 2
feather varieties, the No F varieties (missing designer's initial) plus the 3 1/2 leg varieties. It is available in
our Books section.

1913-S Type
1 Buffalo Nickel 2 feathers and No F. Fine-15 with claims to
VF. Full date but not as strong as on a typical F-15, because
the 1913 Type 1 nickels have weaker dates than most of the rest of
the series. Listed as one of the rarest of the 2 feather
varieties by Ron Pope in his book. You might as well buy the
rare one first, especially when its price is reasonable. SOLD |

1916-S Buffalo Nickel
MS-65, great toning, in fact the toning is so vibrant that neither
